SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  1. Due to the impact of COVID-19 and as we take precautions to keep our warehouse employees safe, there may be a delay in shipping orders. We appreciate your extended patience and understanding during this time.
  2. All products are sent via USPS, UPS or DHL. 
  3. Once your order is dispatched it should be received within 2-10 working days depending on the selected courier option and your location. Occasionally due to situations beyond our control, with third-party courier services some orders may take longer.
  4. For orders outside of the USA, these may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the customer’s responsibility to pay. You may want to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting to pay.
  5. Canada, Puerto Rico and Hawaii Returns: If your order has been sent outside of the United 48 contiguous states, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and must notify our customer service team via email or phone of the return tracking number associated with your order.
  6. You will be notified if an item on your order is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available, you will be billed for each.

We cannot amend your order once it has been dispatched. Please check your confirmation email detail carefully.

Please note: We do not ship or deliver on Saturdays and Sundays

REFUNDS

  • You have 14 business days from the day you receive your package to return your items to us for a full refund. Tags must be attached, and items as you received them unworn. If you ship back your return after 14 business days have passed, or if we feel that the product has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to either refund you in the form of store credit or refuse delivery of the return.
  • Once our warehouse receives your return, it takes 5-7 business days for our team to process the returns they receive. Rest assured, you will receive your refund within that time frame.
  • Once your return is processed and your pieces have met our return policy standards, you will receive an email with your refund notification.
  • Please note we do not refund the cost of shipping.

      OUR RETURNS POLICY

      • We hope you are completely satisfied with your Coketta Beachwear purchase, however if you do wish to return an item for any reason you may do so up to 14 business days from the date of receipt for a refund.
      • If an order is being returned from outside the US it is the customers responsibility to cover the costs for this unless the return is a result of our error.
      • It is imperative for all returns for the customer to obtain proof of postage with a tracking number to ensure a refund. We are not liable for goods not returned to us.
      • The item(s) should be returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact. In the interest of hygiene, we request you wear underwear when trying on your bottoms.

      LATE RETURNS

      • Any returns received outside of the 14 business day timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of our Customer Service team, and may only be refunded in the form of a gift card.
      • If you are unable to return your order inside of the 14 business day time frame, please contact us at  bp@coketta.com.

      RETURN CONDITIONS

      The item(s) should be returned to us in its original condition & packaging, with all labels intact. Please note any items returned which do not adhere to these conditions will be deemed as faulty. 
        Beachwear
        • All beachwear must be returned in its original condition, unworn with its labels attached.
        • In the interest of hygiene, we request you wear underwear when trying on your swimwear, shorts and pants. 
        E-Gift Cards
        • E-Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
        • We may refuse to refund or exchange your purchase if we receive damaged goods. We will, however, return the damaged goods to you.
        • E-Gift Cards are delivered by email and can only be redeemed online. 

          Please note that items returned to us that do not adhere to the above conditions are considered damaged.

          Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse.
